When she was photographed for the first time with her mother<\/mark> (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.leopardtrails.com\/leopardsofyala\/leopards-of-yala\/kotabandi-wewa\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Kot\u0101bendi Wewa 1:2 female<\/mark><\/strong><\/a>), <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">she was very young. Roughly about three months old in July 2015.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Since then, she became one of the most confident female leopards in Y\u0101la block 1 by that time. In November 2016, she was photographed with a fawn kill around Kot\u0101bendi Wewa. Even from a young age, this cub showed signs of great confidence and hunting skills that will benefit her in the future.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">In 2017, this female moved to the Warahana area and there was a close encounter with the <\/mark><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.leopardtrails.com\/leopardsofyala\/leopards-of-yala\/alikatupalassa-21-female\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Alikatupalassa 2-1 female<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">in June 2017, near the Warahana first water hole.
