Their mother is the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.leopardtrails.com\/leopardsofyala\/leopards-of-yala\/rawum-wala-33-male\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Rawum Wala 3:3 female<\/span><\/strong><\/a> (This is her 3<sup>rd<\/sup> known litter).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They were first photographed on the 7<sup>th<\/sup> of February 2018 near the G\u014dnalahaba Ground when their mother fetched them to enjoy the buffalo kill made by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leopardtrails.com\/leopardsofyala\/leopards-of-yala\/kosgasmankada-23-male\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Kosgasmankada 2:3 male<\/span><\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This female grew to have a very shy nature while her brother was very outgoing. Until March 2019, there were only a few sightings of this female around<strong> Kaluwara B\u014dkkuwa, Rawum Wala (in Medha P\u0101ra), G\u014dnalahaba Ground, Suduwelimulla, and Y\u0101la Wewa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since March 2019, there are no records of this female while her mother and brother continued to make appearances.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[Kaluwara = Ceylon ebony tree (Diospyros ebenum), Bokkuwa = culvert] Kaluwara B\u014dkkuwa 3:4 female was born in late 2017, with her brother the Kaluwara B\u014dkkuwa 2:3 male.
