They were first photographed in February 2018, around M\u014ddharagala. Their mother is the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leopardtrails.com\/leopardsofyala\/leopards-of-yala\/modhara-gala-23-female\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">M\u014ddharagala 2:3 female<\/span><\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Occasionally, the mother and cubs were seen around M\u014ddharagala and Ehalagas Wala of Medha P\u0101ra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In January 2019, she stole a deer carcass from the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.leopardtrails.com\/leopardsofyala\/leopards-of-yala\/modhara-gala-11-female\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">M\u014ddharagala 1:1 female<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> after a small fight, nearby Kom\u0101 Wewa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In May 2019, she was frequently seen around Rawum Wala and Ehelagas Wala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She disappeared for a few weeks and in January 2020 (21<sup>st<\/sup> of January to be exact), she appeared in Atulla in the Nimalawa Sanctuary (She has moved roughly about 25 km from her birth area). There were several sightings of this female around the same area in 2020.
