In January 2015, he was photographed in Medha P\u0101ra. He made an appearance again at Thelmbugas Wala of Medha P\u0101ra, in August 2015. It seemed like he had authority over a large territory, possibly in block 2 or block 3, given that he rarely visited block 1.
