[Gala = rock]
This cub was first seen when he was about 6 months of age, with his sibling in January 2014. He was known as “Superman” by our team due to the “S” shape seen on his forehead.
This cub was seen around the Gōnagala Lake area and moved all the way up to the Bōla Gala where he was most often seen. Their mother was very shy and was seldom seen, but this cub was extremely bold (as his namesake, Superman) and ventured out into the open very frequently.
No records of this male exists recently.
